Recordings:
Professionals can dictate on our server in two ways either using land telephone systems or mobile. Alternatively many of doctors always on the go could use hand held digital voice recorders.
Telephone (Landline and Mobile)
Once you registered, you will be given a pin number. Dial in our server phone number, once prompted, enter your pin number. You can access your saved dictation or start a new dictation. You will have to use the phone key pad as Dictaphones buttons like 3 for rewind etc. We usually recommend to use land line phones as mobile based recording are scratchy and quality may be compromised by mobile network.
Digital Dictaphone
You need a broadband and either a digital Dictaphone or a voice recorder. You record your dictation and transfer them to your PC and with the software provided by us upload all files securely on our FTP server.
Secure Server
All dictation at our server are then transcribed
Transcription
Our transcriptions are done by highly trained and professional transcriptionists, usually transcription of a member is done by the any person to maintain the same template and avoid any mistakes.
Editing
Once done each transcribed data is uploaded for any editing, Once editing done the transcription is finalised.
Final Document
The ready to print and dispatch document is sent as word files to the E-mail address provided, also member can take it from login
